Risk-free booking at Hotel Austria
Within the framework of the “Flexi Booking” concept, the following special cancellation conditions apply at Hotel Austria for winter 2020/2021 as well as for summer 2021:
Generally, cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
If one of these cases applies, the booking can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge. You will receive a voucher for the sum of money paid for the deposit. If desired, we can also refund you the deposit.
Recommendation: It is best to take out travel cancellation insurance to be prepared for any further eventualities.
Additional Regulations:
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to one day before arrival under the following conditions:
- Travel warning of the highest level for the Province of Salzburg.
- Corona red warning light in the district of Zell am See
- Border closure
- No skiing in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn
- Covid-19 infected or officially ordered to go into quarantine (presentation of a positive test result or notification of isolation).
Hotel Austria Hygiene & Safety measures
- Observing the minimum distance of one metre
- Regular cleaning of the public hotel areas as well as the rooms
- Provision of face masks and disinfectants
- Disinfection dispensers in hotel public areas
- Avoid physical contact
- The use of high-quality cleaning products in all areas
- Hygiene and safety training for all employees on a regular basis
- Regular airing of all rooms
- Clear concepts in public places such as sauna and relaxation room, restaurant, lobby, and the hotel bar.

A safe holiday in the mountains
